My favorite teaching experiences happen when something catches our attention and we veer off curriculum to explore it…so I’m ditching the curriculum altogether!

The kinds of things we might play with in class:
– two-person scenes
– monologues
– word games
– pattern exercises

I adjust my teaching style to serve your needs, so I’ll give everyone the chance to tell me why they’re there and what they want to get out of it. If you want to be the best performer you can be, I’ll advise you on technique and audience psychology; if you’re there just for a fun 90 minutes, I’ll say “nice scene” and move along.

Hi, I’m Craig, an improv enthusiast based in Northern California. Most of my experience teaching and coaching improvised comedy since 2014 has been in San Francisco (Endgames Improv, Church of Clown). Since 2020 I’ve had most of my improv practice online, loving the way it connects people around the world.
